1. DG ATS control panel
An Automatic transfer switch panel, or ATS panel, is a type of transfer panel used with a diesel generator to automatically switch between the mains and generator in the event of a power failure. The generator will start / stop automatically depending on the mains supply.
2. DG AMF panel
stands for Auto Mains Failure (AMF) Panel. In commercial terminology we use this name for a system which does changeover of one Mains source and one DG source.
3. DG control panel
Integrated with PLC programming, DG Panels are microprocessor based generator set monitoring, metering, protection and control systems. Provided with power coated enclosure, these panels have modular designs.
4. DG DB panel
A DB panel is like a wizard that transforms your messy piles of data into a neat and organized collection. It allows you to interact with your data, manipulate it, and visualize it in any way you want. With a DB panel, you can easily add, delete, modify, and query data without any hassle, It is connected to a main feeding cable attached to the primary power supply. The power would then be delivered to the DB panels wherein it will split the total amount of electrical power to the panel’s attached circuit breakers.
5. DG control logic panel
Basically DG Synchronization panels are mainly designed for meeting critical aspects of Power system requirements which primarily includes uninterrupted or flashing restoration of Power supply along with DG and circuitry protection for an infrastructure of social or commercial values and repute (like Hospitals, Malls, Multistoried residential societies, Hotels, Telecommunication sectors and Industries with varied loads of power implementation) D.G. Synchronization panels work both.
6. DG Synchronization panels
DG Synchronization Panel comprises of special relay that automatically performs synchronization of two or more sources of power.Beside that we also provide load sharing relays so that each DG shares equal load and load management relays to control starting & shutting off Generators depending upon load requirement.
7. DG contactor changeover panel
Each VOA . -40Z mains changeover contactor is delivered open, without control and power cables and includes: – 2 side-by-side mounted A 45, A 50 or A 75 4-pole contactors with the same rating, – 1 VE 5-2 mechanical and electrical interlocking device between the two contactors. The VE 5-2 interlocking device mechanically prevents one of the contactors from closing as long as the other contactor is closed. The N.C. auxiliary contacts incorporated in this device will be wired in the contactor control circuit in order to electrically interlock the two contactors. Protection IP10 for the main terminals, IP20 for the coil terminals and the interlocking device. For fixing onto a mounting rail 35 x 15 mm according to EN 50022 or 75 x 25 mm according to EN 50023. The insulated connection set, in 35 mm2 rigid, stranded copper for connecting the downstream terminals is to be supplied separately.
